Agnieszka Piasecka-Robak - Blog: Wrocław / Wroclaw, Dolnośląskie / Lower Silesia, Poland; I am an assistant Professor, Ph.D. in Counselling (Pedagogy), trainer, human resources manager, public relations specialist and academic tutor. I've been an expert in EU programmes (PO KL, Erasmus+, Grundtvig) and some national programmes. I intend to devote my further research to two thematic fields I have worked on since 2009: 1) health communication: fostering “the environment of hope” in health communication, the notion of self-advocacy among people with disabilities as pursuit of mental wellbeing as related to health communication, communicating disability as health communication, taking dysfunction into account rather than making it an overriding perspective; 2) labour market and volunteering in the human lifecycle: changes in motivating employees and volunteers in the context of the generational change in society (generations X and Y), changes in the position of people with disability and their socio-occupational involvements, coaching, mentoring and tutoring in the development of people with disabilities (support in postmodernity).
